Revhead Bay is made by Matt Johnson, an independent developer. This policy explains what happens to your information when you play the game. The short version: the game does not collect any personal data.
Nothing. The game has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. It does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information, and it does not send data to us or to anyone else.
Your chosen car and track and your best race and lap times are saved only on your iPhone, so they are still there next time you play. They never leave your device, and deleting the app deletes them.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the game only which items you have unlocked. Apple's handling of your information is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you are signed in to Apple's Game Center, your best lap times are sent to Game Center leaderboards so you can compare them with other players. This is handled by Apple under your Game Center settings and Apple's Privacy Policy; we don't receive any of your Game Center account details. You can turn Game Center off at any time in your iPhone's settings.
The game is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children.
If a future version of the game changes how information is handled (for example by adding leaderboards), this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change.
